So, this is the first post of my “Newsletter.” The inaugural one, if you will. I don’t know where I’ll go with it, or what I’m going to say, but since I have issues with not knowing how to use that filter we’re all supposed to have, maybe it’ll be fun for some of you to read it.
Let me tell you about myself before we go any further. I’m 64, married…with children, okay adults, who are not in the least bit interested in giving us grandchildren. We’ve come to accept it for what it is, their choice. I suppose in the long run it’s probably a good idea not to have children if you don’t want them. They should just be glad that we wanted them. So my son has two cats, and my daughter has two dogs. My daughter’s married, and my son’s living with someone. They come by every other week or so and we have dinners, drink copious amounts of wine, and smoke dope (they are in their 30’s); we also laugh a lot.
