A TRAGEDY IN 5 ACTS

This is the first story I put up on my Substack, June 2 2022. I put it up as one story, in five parts, all at the same time. I was such a keener. Well, actually more of a dweeb. I didn’t know what I was doing, so I put it up all at once, instead of spreading it out over the next five weeks. I’m not about to do that now. I’m only putting one section up because I have the others linked to it.

But it’s THROWBACK THURSDAY, and what better place to put this?

The story takes place during the Mau Mau uprising in Kenya, sometime in the 1950s. It’s a tragedy, remember, which means there is no happy ending. It’s says it right up there in the title! It’s not as if I spoiled it for you.

Anyway, be sure to check it out. Some of you may have already read it…WOW! I just went back through my archives to get the link. It tells me almost 700 people read it, and it generated 33 new Subscribers! I’m speechless. 700?
