I’m going to tell you right now, this is PAYWALLED.
That’s how we do it here at The Portal Club. I hate it when I read something and get deep into it, only to find out it’s been blocked and I can’t read any further than I’ve gone. It’s frustrating, and it’s why I won’t do it myself.
Not going to read it? That’s your call. Right now, it looks like there are 10 readers left out there with complimentary FREE reads. It won’t last long — at least, I don’t think it will. But I’ve been known to be wrong before.
Anyway, school’s almost ready to let out here, and when it ends, I’m going to grab my nephew’s boy and see what we can come up with. I have a list that Chat Got made for me, with 30 different things we can do in and around Vancouver. The Suspension Bridge comes to mind. Let’s hope we don’t find out he’s uncomfortable with heights when we’re in the middle of the crossing. It’s about 100 feet up, spanning a narrow canyon with a small river running wild underneath it. Well, it’s either that, or a 3 foot hot dog at the baseball game.
I’ve been working on my little video, getting distracted, trying to figure it out, and wondering where it’s going. Right now, the two poets are discussing Sonnet #18.
I’m going to start reading my story WHERE THE NIGHT HIDES ITS SHADOW once again. This time, the reading itself will be going behind the PAYWALL. Every video will be going behind the paywall on my BTC-TV Channel 13 program that I’m slowly building behind the wall. I will also start up with my show: POET’S CORNER as we continue to read THE CANTERBURY TALES. I have a lot to do, but I keep screwing around. I need the distraction of going downtown with an 11 year old.
Anyway, enough of that, it’s time for THE SHIELD OF LOCKSLEY!
