I am a loyal reader, Ben. I read the entire Dawn Patrol and have been following Locksley and Beggars Knave for a long time and now, The Truth of Who we Are. I subscribe to 19 writers and am having a hard time keeping up. I admit I sometimes go in and delete all the emails so I can start fresh. There just aren't enough hours in the day. And I need time to write. So, if I am not attending to ALL your other many stories, that is the only reason. I sure like your work.

Hey it’s okay, I don’t plan to spend much on Substack but that 6$ deal sounds great. But like I said, I gotta first finish my novel, then finish SSM and another poem, and then wait for paycheck before I can celebrate by paying for it. If I get it early, I’ll put the 9$ CAD or so towards your stack.

and even more so in times of trial as now.
I enjoy what your write because it's sometimes necessary
to take a break from reality and your writing is unlike others.
It has an Earthiness to it more relevant to reality in the fantasy
necessary to allow for 'Suspension of Disbelief'.

Happy Anniversary Ben! I haven't been in here much because life has got in the way but I'm looking forward to some good reading over the summer.
