Such a shame that your wife had an accident. She sounds like a real trooper, though. Have a great time. We just got back from our first trip ever to Italy and we're already planning our return for next year.
Ciao! Lake Como, ahh, one week last year with house over looking the lake. So gorgeous but we didn’t have a car. We arrived Saturday when stores had already closed. Everything closed on Sunday. Monday we found a small restaurant in the village of 680 population. They don’t explain that on Airbnb. So, gorgeous view, magnificent villa, no food or wine! I’d go back, anytime, anywhere in Italy.
Oh Ben....what an adventure you both have had so far! Sorry the bike accident happened but as one would, you carry on and make the most of it. Have a fabulous time cooking in Italia, buen apetito!
Take care of little wifey! Keep smiling mi amiga! xo
We’re in Bologna right now, but the next stop is Cinque Terra, on the coast. And thank you for enjoying my stories. If you see a tall white guy and shortnHindu girl, stop by and say hello.
I loved reading this. What a story teller! No trip without adventure, so sorry to hear about the wife. So much humour in your writing. Would love to hear about the chocolate trip and the cooking classes! Enjoy the rest of the trip and share photos if possible.

Might have been better to have a designated driver! Hope she is mending …
Am SO jealous!!!
Really entrancing in the area you're in...A real taste of the cultures we mostly hail from.
Never been, and am charmed by your decriptions.
PRAYING FOR THE WIFE...MY GOSH, SUCH A FREAK ACCIDENT
and love the wit; as you men are too easy to paint the Scapegoats. 🤔
Wife is my kind a gal with a great sense of humor...🎯
But then, she is married to a man of distinction, humor and creativity...
Making you a couple of Adventurers and well suited.
Got bruised-up and broke a rib a while back from an Equine Event; NO FUN!!!
Heal quickly and enjoy yourselves as much as possible. 🌹🌹🤩🙏🏻

Bruges is second.
Totally agree! Como is beyond words. Didn’t have a car, or a week, but will definitely make an effort to come back.
